Our dog groomer Karen is City & Guilds qualified, with over 35 years’ experience.
Karen Started out showing dogs in 1988, having bred her first show dog, a Golden Retriever called Fleta.
She opened her first salon in 1991 and after five years she moved to Chelmsford where she taught grooming at Writtle College.
Karen moved up to Staffordshire in 1999 and went to work at Rodbaston College in Penkridge. She has taught animal care students, dog groomers and vet nurses.
Karen is a Kennel Club Championship Dog Show judge
She has judged all over the UK and is best known for her 'Yankeetank' American Cocker Spaniels, which she has won many awards with. We are privileged to have Karen with us!
