We have a large pet shop stocking all your pooches' favourite brands.
We sell all things doggy, small animal items and things for you humans too. We offer harness fitting services so you can be assured your dog will leave looking and feeling fabulous. We offer a wide selection of styles, colours and different brands so you’ll be spoilt for choice. Why not treat your furbaby with a new collar, lead, toy or some treats whilst you’re here? We’ve got it all!
Meet Our Friendly Team
Tia
Hi, I’m Tia. I am the canine hydrotherapist who will be treating your beautiful furbabies. As well as my diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy I also hold a diploma in Canine Massage and have a First Class degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare (Hons).
My working background involves hospitality and working at a well respected dog rescue and rehoming centre. I have worked with a variety of dogs from the nervous to the over excited and everything in between.
I am more than happy to spend that little bit of extra time getting to know you and your pooches to make sure they get the best out of their treatment. I’m here to help you and your dog through every step of the way and can’t wait to meet you!
Michael
You may see me around the centre or in our shop helping out. I’m a massive dog lover and am always ready to give your adorable doggies a fuss and a tasty treat. I’ll be on hand to help out with any enquiries, whether that’s booking your next session, showering and drying dogs or helping your pooches pick out their favourite treat from our shop.
Ozzy
Hi, my name’s Ozzy. I am a rescue pup and have definitely landed on my feet. I’m helping my mum and dad out running this centre as these humans need some doggy help around here.
You may see me around the centre as I often come to work too. I am a very friendly boy and I love meeting new people and making new four legged friends. I can be loud when I get excited but don’t worry, I’m harmless. If you’re not sure how hydrotherapy works I’d be more than happy to demonstrate so you can decide if you think your furry companion would enjoy it too. Trust me, it’s the best!
Brody
Hi, my name’s Brody and I’m the baby of the family. I too love meeting new people and other doggies. I’ll happily show you round the centre and show you all the goodies in the shop too. This is where all the tasty treats and the super fun toys are kept! Don’t be shy, come down and say hi!

Our GSD Ruby absolutely loves coming to see the team at K9 Hydrocare! Tia is so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and our girls are treated like royalty. We’ve been going to K9 Hydro Care since they first opened and I can’t recommend them enough. Tia has been AMAZING and so accommodating and patient with our Tripod dog Moose. She has managed to build his confidence so much from a scared puppy that refused to get into the pool, to a dog who we now struggle to get out of the pool! Moose loves coming to his rehabilitation appointments. All of the staff here are lovely. Mikey is always happy to help, and very friendly with our little boy too. Overall, if you are looking for a clinic you can trust - I highly recommend!
Our cat Milo has hydrotherapy here and we couldn’t ask for better care. Tia makes sure he gets the right exercise and he is healing really well after his knee operation. We wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend K9 Hydro Care to anyone who needs hydrotherapy for their fur babies!
